Dev Patel joined Capital Canada in November of 2021. He applies his engineering and capital markets knowledge to execute various types of transactions for Capital Canada’s clients, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and valuations. Mr. Patel has diverse transaction experience across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, and hospitality.

In his most recent role, Dev worked as a Portfolio Management Associate where he managed investment portfolios for private and institutional clients. Prior to that, he worked as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer where he managed over 20 manufacturing projects and a team of engineers. Mr. Patel received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from McMaster University and Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Finance, from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
